Download TeamViewer QuickSupport for Windows and run the file to establish the connection to schubec.

On a Mac, download TeamViewer QuickSupport, open the application and tell us the session ID it displays.
Download QuickSupportTeamViewer QuickSupport is free of charge for you as an end user. We only connect after you have contacted us – we never join a session spontaneously without an appointment.
